Are you saying that it's not worth stating that Koterba's a tool and the World-Herald is a right wing newspaper? If that's the case, I completely agree. Is buying everything on credit, as Republicans are fond of doing, better than this "layaway" i.e. actually raising the funds to pay for a badly needed program?
